When you review the product, you may notice there is a “Ts&Cs” tab as included in the additional terms and conditions applied to the current product. Once you’ve purchased the product, the terms and conditions apply to the relevant product. The product specific terms and conditions shall apply in addition to these terms and conditions.
Regarding compatibility:
When the product page claims that the software, accessories, spare parts or consumables are compatible with certain brand product ranges or a specific model, the claim is based on the suppliers’ experience of the brand’s current and past products. We will not be held responsible for unfit or incompatible purchases and no returns will be allowed or refunds given in the event that you purchased a product, without considering or contrary to, the compatibility report. Please check our accessories and spare parts specification data, photos or contact the supplier, before you order the product.
Product installation:
Products listed and sold from our store do not include any installation if they happen to require it. If the machine, spare parts etc. require installation by a specialist, please contact the supplier for the cost and booking for such installation at your own risk and cost.
Regarding pictures and packaging:
All pictures are for demonstration purposes only, therefore the products that you receive may differ in shape, colour or other features. We and our suppliers reserve the rights to change, remove or improve minor features while retaining the major features and specs. We may also choose to stock or transport the spares or accessories without the original packaging.
Regarding our payment services
We do not only operate online stores, we also offer payment services — to allow related entities or suppliers to make use of our payment collection facilities, such as our local and foreign bank accounts and all our third party payment facilities in order to simplify and expedite your purchase of their products/services.
