Order Validity
We will only consider an order as valid once payment has been received. Payment is deemed to have been received only when the full amount owing for the products ordered has been credited to Buythis (Pty) Ltd’s bank account. We accept payments from all major banks and also accept online debit and credit card payments.
Once you have placed an order, the status of the order will be shown as “On Hold” until payment is received. While we understand that some payments may take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account, if payment is not received within 36 hours of placing the order, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the order status will change to “Cancelled.”
However, we may, in our sole discretion, accept payments for cancelled orders depending on the reasons for cancellation, availability of stock, and fluctuations in the product’s price. If a payment for a cancelled order is accepted, the order status will change from “Cancelled” to “Payment Confirmed,” and the products will be delivered. If the payment for a cancelled order is not accepted, the payment will be credited to your online wallet, which you can use to place a new order or request a refund.
Stock Availability
If we don’t have the products you have ordered in stock at our Sunnyrock (Johannesburg) warehouse, we will source stock from other warehouses in Asia and they will be ready for you to collect at our Sunnyrock warehouse in 5 to 7 days.
Product Information
We update all product information automatically and sync it with our supplier’s database at regular intervals. If you have any questions about the products, please contact us for the questions, that we will forward to supplier. In most cases, we will update the product information to include the answers for future clients.

We don’t deliver, all our products are only for collection.

You will get an email from the warehouse once your purchase is ready for collection.
VAT Tax
We charge VAT for all local sales and sales from the Common Monetary Areas (CMA), which include Namibia, Lesotho, and Eswatini. We do not charge VAT for any other export sales. Even if we do not ship to your country, a shipping address within your country is still required due to South African tax laws.
