At Aftermarket.co.za, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality spare parts at competitive prices. However, unlike other online retailers, we do not offer delivery services for our products. Instead, we rely solely on collection services for our customers.
If the product you have ordered is not in stock at our Sunnyrock warehouse in Johannesburg, we will source it from other warehouses in Asia, and it will be ready for collection in around 5 to 7 days – Once your order is ready, we will notify you immediately, and you can come and collect it at our Sunnyrock warehouse.
Be sure to select the correct pickup method at checkout
It is essential to collect your order personally, as the product you receive may differ from what you were expecting based on the photos or product description. We offer two methods for pickup on our site check up – a) Pickup by my self or b) pick up by courier – both will be collected at our Sunnyrock warehouse in Johannesburg. For pick up by courier, we will charge an additional R20 (excl. local) or R100 (excl, export) for packing and wrapping since most spare parts have no suitable package for individual shipping
When Pickup by my self is selected
You have the opportunity to examine the product and ensure that it meets your requirements. If it is not the correct product, you may reject the collection, and your payment will be refunded to your online wallet. You can then use the wallet to purchase other products or request a refund.

Hours for Collection:
- Open on weekdays 9AM to 3PM
- We don’t open during weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- We don’t open during South Africa public holidays
When Pick up by courier is selected
Alternatively, you may choose to send a courier to collect your order. However, please note that if you do so, you will not be able to examine the product before accepting it. Furthermore, we charge an additional 1% of the order value for packing and wrapping since most spare parts have no suitable package for individual shipping. We take every precaution to ensure that your purchase is shipping proof, but we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. To protect against this risk, we advise you to purchase courier insurance.
For both options
Please handle your purchase with care and in a static-free manner, particularly if it contains electronic boards as they are highly static sensitive. Do not remove the final protection packaging or break labels, as we will not be able to accept returns once these have been removed. For spare parts and consumables still in their original packaging, you may return them to us within 7 days of collection, but you will need to transport them at your own cost back to our Sunnyrock warehouse.
We will send the product back to the supplier, and a refund, either full or partial, will only be granted once we satisfy their return conditions. For rarely sold products, we may also charge up to a 5% restocking fee.
Our collection-based service allows us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. While it may require more effort on your part to collect your order, it gives you the opportunity to inspect the product before accepting it and ensures that you receive what you were expecting.
