Introducing the Aftermarket Digital Wallet
Upon registration on our site, you will automatically receive an online wallet. Any overpayments, refunds, bonuses or similar will be deposited into your online wallet. You can also add funds to your wallet whenever necessary.
You can choose to use the balance in your wallet to pay for your purchases, or you may request a refund to a local (RSA-based) bank account if the amount is from your payment. Please note that any bonuses received cannot be paid out to your bank account, but instead, will remain in your wallet for use on our online store.
To view your Aftermarket Online Wallet balance, log in to your account and select “wallet“ from the left column. This will display your wallet page, and your current balance will be shown on the top right.
To add funds to your wallet, go to the Wallet page (1), click on Wallet Topup (2) and indicate the amount you want to add. Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
If you want a refund directly to your bank account, please send us a message with the amount and banking details you want the refund to be paid into.
Please note that refunds can only be made to a local (RSA-based) bank account. If you paid from an overseas bank account, we are unable to provide you with a refund.
Please be aware that only the portion received from your payment can be refunded. Compensations, rewards, bonuses, and any other deposits received in your wallet are for usage on our online store and cannot be refunded to your bank account.
You can view your wallet transaction history by clicking on the “transactions” (3) button.
